1. Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

  • Service packages purchased on the platform are activated and applied immediately after a successful payment.
  • Due to the nature of digital services, the platform does not apply refund, cancellation, or exchange policies once the transaction has been confirmed.
  • Customers may purchase additional packages to extend their subscription period. The system will automatically add the newly purchased time to the current package.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing payment. Any claims after the package has been activated will not be eligible for refund or cancellation.

2. Service Package Purchase Process

Follow these steps to purchase a service package:

  • Step 1: Log in to your account on the platform.
  • Step 2: Visit the Pricing/Plans page and select a suitable package.
  • Step 3: Choose your payment method:
    • - VND: VNPay, ZaloPay, MoMo.
    • - USD: PayPal.
  • Step 4: Confirm your information and proceed with payment.
  • Step 5: After a successful payment, the system will:
    • - Automatically activate the purchased service package on the customer’s account.
    • - Send a payment confirmation notice to the registered email.

3. Delivery Policy

  • All service packages are digital services that are activated directly on the customer’s account immediately after payment.
  • Therefore, the platform does not involve any physical shipping process.
  • Customers can check all information regarding their service packages and transaction history directly within their account dashboard.
